Q1:’ I’m from Turkey, are you able to send it to me? (Custom) What about IMEI? ‘
A: We can send ONLY XGODY phones to Turkey. Don’t worry, we will Refund if held in custom (Phone will be packed in envelope). Also, please send us IMEI code if you have one. If you don’t have one, we will rewrite the IMEI for you, but we do not ensure it will 100% work, you will need to register a new one at your own expense.
Q2: ‘ Can I use this phone in my country? ‘
You need to : 1) Use a compatible sim card. Make sure the frequency is compatible. 2)Check the size of your sim card! 3)Tell us the IMEI code if you have. Then we will rewrite the IMEI code.
Q3. ‘ Does it support Hebrew/Portugues … langueges?
A: All of the Android phones that sold in our store will support most of the languages.
Q4. ‘ What about tax? ‘
A: We will mark a lower price for each pacakge we sent. Usually US $20.00 and we cannot change it. We do not ensure that you will receive the pacakge while pay no tax. We are not responsible for paying tax either.
All of our products are tested by authoritative agency.
Also, every item will be checked and tested before sent to customer : )
We use the AliExpress Delivery Service to ensure the safty of your package : )
We promise to refund:
– If your package is not delivered in 60 days;
– If your package is said to be missing in tracking information;
– If your package unable to be delivered or returned back to us.

If you’re not satisfied with our product, you can return it back for refund in 1 month after you received it;
If the product is damged when received, for example a cracked screen, please first send us pictures or video;
If the item is really badly damaged during delivery, We will send you refund or a new one immediately. You don’t need to do anything about the item;
If there’s quality problem with our product, we will do our best to help you. If we cannot fix the problem for you online, we provide refund or replacement in 45 days.
We provide free repairing in 1 year.
